Hutchies is seeking highly skilled and experienced Finishes Foremen to join our hard working team on a full time permanent basis. You will be involved in high profile projects ($175 million to $230 million) that promises valuable experience and growth.

#Responsibilities
As a Finishes Foreman, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that finishing work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications and timelines
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and materials to complete their work efficiently
- Identify any project variations and refer to the Site Manager, Contract Administrator and/or Project Manager for processing
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and implement corrective actions as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site
- Ensure all trades are coordinating with each other and there is regular communication
#Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong knowledge of market conditions, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
- Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
