$650M Paradise Point Project - Little Beach

Hutchinson Builders has commenced work on a project known as Little Beach - Paradise Point on the Gold Coast in Queensland.  Construction is being undertaken for Lotte Construction and Little Beach Projects.

Little Beach Paradise Point is a residential development comprising of five free standing apartment buildings which include 131 luxury apartments, commercial space and beautifully landscaped recreational areas to suit.

Set on a 10.8 hectare waterfront parcel, the $650m Paradise Point project will ultimately comprise 470 new apartments and villas, as well as a private marina, shopping and dining precinct and residents facilities.

The site, formerly known as ‘Little Beach’ was purchased last year by the developer for around $90m and with civil engineering works well advanced much of the construction well underway.  Stage 1 is anticipated to be completed in late 2010, allowing you to secure your residence early for maximum capital growth potential.

As the first large scale, new urban development on the Gold Coast and the largest new project to be released in Australasia this year, Little Beach (to be known as Salacia Waters) will set a benchmark for the region.

Salacia Waters is a true mixed-use, vibrant community that incorporates a range of living options, a marina, retail, significant public open space and residents’ recreation areas.

As a gift to the community over 2 hectares of the site will be retained as parkland. Foreshore parks, playgrounds and jetties mean the water is never out of reach. A scenic promenade will make it a pleasure to go strolling or cycling.

The project will be pre-wired for high speed internet and cable TV, giving residents full future multimedia connectivity.

The project team includes renowned world leaders in urban design and town planning, leading international architects, environmental scientists, surveyors and civil engineers.

The development is located on the last undeveloped peninsula in Paradise Point with 360° water views.
