The construction of a 3 storey student accommodation building at CQU Mackay campus comprising of 72 self contained accommodation suites, common room, breakout facilities and associated landscape works.

The Project entailed preparing concept designs for ANU approval and the construction of a 6 level, Staged development of 153 bed Modular Student accommodation Complex.

Construction of a 5 level building consisting of 3 levels of classroom and 2 levels of boarding dormitories over 1 level of basement.

The Development will comprise the provision of a total of 720 beds facility including associated Common/Plant Areas and Recreational Areas for Student Accommodation for the UTS Campus.

Construction of four double storey accommodation buildings. Construction of one double storey laboratory and one single storey teaching and administration building.

The Trade Training Centre is the Tasmanian Polytechnic’s contribution to the overall rejuvenation of the Bridgewater High School site, destroyed by fire in 2007.

Hutchinson Builders were appointed by the Parish to design and construct a new language and technology centre.

Included in the Toowoomba Grammar Junior School extension are 8 classrooms, art room, theatre room, library and computer labs along with a large hall complete with stage, audio and lighting equipment.

Construction of a new Multipurpose Hall to be used for performing arts incorporating mural wall to be painted by the children on completion.

The library was built with many sustainable design elements including a grass covered earth roof which assists in stabilising temperatures and reducing heating needs.

The Multi Purpose hall is a very unique and modern building with the state of the art electronic facility and fully air-conditioned. This building offers multiple uses form sports to community functions.
