Cairns North Community Health CTR – Stage 1
Construction of a new community health service facility on Sheridan Street, Cairns. Works included a new diabetes clinic building, a building energy maintenance system store.
Dalby Aged Care Facility
Construction of new 80 bed Aged Care Facility attached to the existing Dalby Hospital which provides high care facilities and services to patients.
Hobart Private Hospital
The project consisted of converting a doctor’s lounge into executive offices and replacing the existing offices with a new CSSD (theatre sterilisation department) on Level 6.
Mookai Rosie Hostel
The Mookai Rosie Hostel is an Indigenous Child and Maternal Health Facility which is designed to cater for the needs of Indigenous mothers-to-be.
Holy Spirit Stage 1
This project consists of an 86 bed aged care facility, two storeys with internal courtyards, administration offices, nurse stations and kitchen / dining areas, two lifts, select finishes including coloured blocks, natural stone cladding, weatherboard, internal timber veneer panels and décor lined ceilings.
