The project involved the construction of a reinforced concrete silo 27m in diameter and 55m high located in an environmentally sensitive location.

The production building includes overhead cranes and blasting and painting facilities for the manufacture of mining equipment.

Design and construction of a new 500m2 waxing building and 5500m2 warehouse extension including a dispatch office, heavy duty pavement areas and light duty car park areas along with all services and landscaping.

This 2 x award winning industrial building complex consists of 23000m² storage warehouse, 6000m² office space and a separate security/caretakers residence with café for staff.

The building is a split level slab on ground with basement that was to house all 11kva switching and control equipment.

The works include the construction of four major towers within the existing building footprint rising 30 metres above ground level.

This working winery and tourism project was undertaken over two separate sites. Site One consisted of a winemaking complex, housing all stages of the wine making process. Site Two was conceived as a traditional style ‘village of business’.
