This project involved the refurbishment and additions to the Brisbane Arcade in order to bring the services of the building up to a standard that will last well into the 21st century, while maintaining the arcades ‘old world charm’.

The project included 19000m2 of retail space. The major tenants were Woolworths, Big W and 63 Specialty shops.

This design and construct project included a new 3000m2 Coles Supermarket, new specialty shops, new basement carparking and the refurbishment of 3 existing buildings all whilst the existing centre continued to trade.

This project was awarded an Australian Institute of Building Queensland Chapter Professional Excellence Award.

This project included the expansion of the existing shopping complex including 5,760m2 of new retail space, two building pads for fast food outlets, alteration works to an existing tavern, construction of a Liquor Barn and a 13,000m2 three level car park.

A minor refurbishment of the existing 4000m2 Coles Supermarket in Ayr, located in North Queensland. This refurbishment is part of the Coles Renewal Program to update their stores to meet the current Coles standards.

Fitout for Birch Carrol & Coyle of their new 11 cinema complex at the Robina Town Centre. Construction consists of 7 general cinemas, 1 V-Max cinema and 3 Gold Class cinemas.

This project involved the refurbishment of Coles Warringah Mall. A new bakery, deli, meat and fish prep were built and new cash registers installed.
