Completed in August 2010, this Modular student accommodation project comprised 188 modular units constructed over two stages. The first of its kind in Australia, this project utilised stackable modular units ranging in size from 22sqm to 35sqm. The construction programme for the project was considerably reduced through the use of this six level modular solution.
