Project Overview
The $30M Aspire Apartments building is a landmark project as the first high-rise residential building to be constructed in Ipswich west of Brisbane. With 15 levels of purpose designed residential apartments located above a ground level retail precinct and 9 split-levels of secure car parking, Aspire offers a variety of living arrangements through its 104 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. There are four penthouse apartments each with private rooftop access.
Aspire includes a recreational club incorporating a 25-metre heated lap pool & spa, theatrette & lounge as well as a fully equipped air-conditioned gym.
The heritage listed ‘Halley’s Bakery’, located adjacent to the development, needed to be protected and maintained throughout the construction period before it was finally refurbished by the Hutchinson Builders team.
