Project Overview
Evolution is a 38 level residential apartment building located at 18 Tank Street in the Brisbane CBD.
The project houses 178 luxurious units which are both owner occupied and rented to visiting guests. The apartments are available in 1, 2 or 3 bedroom with a choice of 4 different finishes. The building boasts other high quality amenities including a gymnasium, sky lounge, 20m lap pool and spa, library and outdoor BBQ area. The location of this project means that many of the riverside units will never be built out thus further increasing their value.
The project is now a prominent building on the Brisbane skyline and the use of a customized copper finish on much of the external facade of the building, while presenting a significant challenge for the construction team nonetheless has given the project a distinctive appearance.
