Santos Place is a commercial office tower consisting of 33,000m2 NLA located in Brisbane’s CBD. The building has a PCA A Grade rating and the project was recently awarded a 6 Star As Built Certified Green Star Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia signifying ‘World Leadership’.
A Tri-Generation Solution is contained within the building, capable of providing 1.2 Megawatts of electrical, cooling and heating energy.
Proudly designed and constructed by Hutchinson Builders, Santos Place was completed in 2009.
