Project Overview
Springfield Land Corporation chose Hutchinson Builders to deliver their landmark building, to benchmark a design quality and energy efficiency standard in the new Springfield CBD.
The building is a new 10 level office complex, with three levels of basement car parking. Hutchinson Builders Green Team designed the project to achieve a 4 star Green star rating and 4.5 star ABGR. The energy saving features include double glazed windows and innovative sun control measures with an advanced integrated building management system.
The ground floor lobby fit-out is an eclectic mix of finishes, being a combination of heritage brick and timber, Bluestone flooring, Tasmanian Oak and Calcutta Marble wall cladding, along with mirror finish stainless steel lift surrounds.
