As we approach our centenary year we have more than 200 projects under construction with a turnover in excess of $1 billion and more than 900 fulltime staff.

Our organisation is structured around a series of teams that effectively operate as a self-contained business unit responsible for the cost-effective management of their range of projects.

Typically each team consists of apprentices, trainees, cadets, tradespersons, supervisors, managers, contracts administrators, project managers, forepersons, site managers supported by a core of administrative staff.

The team-based structure provides opportunity for diversification of learning and skills development and provides many avenues for individuals to advance their responsibility levels.
