Hutchies is seeking an experienced hands on Change Manager to join our team. This opportunity is for a 12 month contract, with the possibility to extend based on requirements.

This role is situated in our Brisbane office, where your presence will be essential to fully understand our business, build relationships and drive change initiatives effectively.

#Responsibilities

As the Change Manager, you will work across the business to facilitate the sustainable introduction of new processes. The business / project sponsor owns the process change, and this role will be crucial in assisting and coordinating the entire change effort.

Your role will focus on both digital tools and broader business initiatives, including project specific controls. You will ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, and that lasting benefits are achieved.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise company member adoption and usage of new processes and tools
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Work with various teams / disciplines to design and implement new business processes
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
  • Communicate effectively to manage expectations
  • Collaboration with the training and communication teams to develop programs and materials that support the adoption of new processes and tools
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching provided to company members during the transition period
  • Define and track performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives
  • Conduct post implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure continuity of business operations

#Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in change and / or project management, or a similar role
  • Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practice and latest techniques
  • Proficient knowledge in digital tools and technology
  • The ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
  • Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
  • A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work
