Stages

This 11 storey mixed-use development in the heart of the Hobart CBD is to be completed over three separable portions.

This project is of special significance to the people of Hobart, who were keen to see the CBD revitalised after the original Myer building was destroyed by fire on this site in 2007. Separable Portion A of the development, the construction of a 5 level flagship Myer Store tenancy, was successfully completed on schedule and opened for trading on the 26th of November, 2015. Seperable Portion B of the project involved the redevelopment of the old Murray Street Myer into premium retail outlets and food court, with Separable Portion C being the construction of an 8 level Crowne Plaza Hotel above the newly constructed Liverpool Street Myer Store.
