Hutchies has joined Cbus Property to celebrate the topping out of 185 Wharf St, marking a major milestone for the Spring Hill residential tower.
The 30-level development will deliver 125 apartments and set a new benchmark for sustainable living in Brisbane. Designed as an all-electric building, the project is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating and a 7 Star NatHERS rating.
Project partners, consultants, subcontractors and company members gathered to mark the occasion, with a Welcome to Country forming part of the official proceedings.
Hutchies’ Chairman Scott Hutchinson said the project's success reflected the strong partnership behind it.

A Welcome to Country formed part of the official proceedings before attendees gathered to recognise the achievement.
Reaching this milestone is a credit to everyone involved, from the client and consultants through to the project team and trades who have helped bring the building to life.
With the structure now at full height, the team will continue work on the façade, services and interiors ahead of completion in 2027.
