The four-storey school and community hub sits within Green Square Town Centre. It supports up to 600 students and 60 company members across 24 flexible learning spaces.

Designed by BVN, the project combines a K–6 public school with facilities for the wider community. These include a multipurpose games court, hall and community rooms available outside school hours.

Concrete is a defining part of the project. The awards submission highlights the delivery of high-quality off-form concrete alongside complex façade systems within a constrained urban environment.
