Hutchies was delighted to continue our successful partnership with Deague Group, as together with architects Rothelowman, we redefined traditional commercial office space through the construction of 101 Moray. 

The seven-story premium office building reflects the style and luxury of a 5-star hotel, boasting an impressive range of business and lifestyle facilities reserved for the use of tenants including a world-class concierge service, a ground floor gourmet restaurant and state of the art end of trip and gymnasium facilities.

The ground floor is designed to be an interactive and unified area, featuring retail space and a significant digital wall which will showcase the work of local artists. The above six levels have a range of meeting rooms, private offices and flexible work areas that range in size from 1900 square metres to just over 3,400 square metres. 101 Moray creates an environment that encourages wellbeing amongst staff, with various health and wellness aspects built into the building such as an advanced air purification system, Circadian lighting and low VOC materials. 

The location is set just outside of the Melbourne CBD, giving tenants a breath of fresh air whilst they still reap the benefits of an inner city workplace. Occupants will have access to multiple on-site car spaces as well as smart cars and electric bikes available for users to enjoy the many attractions of South Melbourne or the CBD.
