Hutchies delivered the iconic new purpose designed and built headquarters for Australia’s largest petrol and convenience network retailer, Ampol. This unique city fringe office complex provides a unique low rise workplace environment for a workforce in 2022 on the outskirts of Sydney’s CBD.
29 Bourke Road occupies one of the best locations in the rapidly evolving city fringe suburb of Alexandria — directly adjoining Perry Park yet positioned only 450m from Green Square railway station. Hutchies achieved the 5.5 Star NABERS rating using enhanced solare solutions, lightwells and advanced end-of-trip facilities.
