Hutchies has been working with Sekisui House since 2016, bringing to life their major redevelopment of the iconic Peters Ice Cream Factory in West End. 

To date we’ve delivered every stage of West Village, from the initial sales and office suites, 500+ apartments across six residential towers, the precinct rejuvenation, heritage restoration, new Peters Lane retail precinct, and right through to the latest 5 Star Green Star Greenhouse office building. 

We've had a long history on this site, having built extensions to the original Peters Ice Cream Factory back in the 1940s. This site is close to our heart, so we’ve been honoured to continue enhancing it and protecting is history through a new lease on life.
