Hutchies has delivered the new Bushland Retreat clubhouse for Ingenia Lifestyle’s Sanctuary at Victoria Point, a purpose-built facility designed to support wellness and connection for over 50s living.

Located in the tranquil bushland surrounds, Queensland, the clubhouse includes a magnesium pool, gym, cinema, and a range of communal and wellness spaces. The project forms part of a broader community of 225 residences, which is expected to be full open by September next year.

The Bushland Retreat marks a key milestone in the development’s journey and welcoming residents into a new lifestyle focused on health, social connection and relaxation.
