This initiative is transforming the airport precinct into a hub for business, logistics and community activity. Our project supports this vision by creating flexible space for a wide range of potential tenants – from food logistics to sports centres. 

The development includes a 2,050m² warehouse, 200m² office space, 1,750m² of concrete hardstand and a 29-bay car park. The design allows for efficient heavy vehicle manoeuvring and convenient at-grade parking.

Our team achieved IFC design six weeks ahead of schedule through Hutchies’ streamlined design process and close collaboration with consultants. These systems and processes ensure Brisbane Airport received an operational facility as quickly as possible.
