Hutchies was pleased to work with property group Stockland as the dedicated builder for their high quality master planned community in the burgeoning north-west corridor. Stockland selected Hutchies on the basis of our proven experience delivering quality homes, with an accessible price point.
Stage 6 of Altrove was released in two sections – 'Sana' and 'Avia'. It features 59 medium density residences conveniently positioned directly adjacent to Schofields Station. Residences include architecturally designed three and four bedroom townhouses and one bedroom studio 'Fonzie flats' with high quality fixtures and fittings.
