Hutchies delivered Arcadia Retirement Living for RetireAustralia in Yeronga, creating a vibrant community designed for contemporary retirement living. The seven-level development comprises 169 apartments, offering a mix of one, two and three-bedroom residences supported by premium shared amenities, integrated care services and convenient access to Brisbane's CBD.

Designed to support connection, comfort and independence, the development features 10 care suite rooms alongside an extensive range of resident amenities, including a cinema, wine room, pool and games room, residents' lounge and restaurant.

The project has been delivered in stages, with the final separable portion expected to be completed in late 2026.
