Hutchies partnered with Lendlease and QuadReal to deliver Exhibition Place, a purpose-built build-to-rent (BtR) development within Brisbane's rapidly evolving Exhibition Quarter precinct at Bowen Hills.

The development comprises 443 high-quality apartments on Brisbane's city fringe, positioned alongside the new Cross River Rail transport hub at the RNA and within walking distance of the dining, retail and community amenities of King Street and Fortitude Valley.

Exhibition Place forms part of the ongoing transformation of the RNA Showgrounds into a thriving mixed-use precinct that combines residential, commercial, retail and event spaces. Hutchies is proud to have contributed to this evolution through the delivery of Exhibition Place, the adjacent Rydges Hotel RNA, and the RNA Showgrounds Main Arena Upgrade, helping shape one of Brisbane's most significant urban renewal areas.

Delivered in one stage, the project included extensive inground works, above ground carpark levels, a central six-level podium precinct and a 37-level residential tower, creating a vibrant new community in one of Brisbane's fastest-growing inner-city neighbourhoods.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Exhibition Place achieved a 7 Star NatHERS average across the development, with every apartment meeting a minimum 5 Star NatHERS rating, alongside an overall 5 Star Green Star (Building v1) certification.
