ExhibitionQuarter

Hutchies is working with Lendlease and QuadReal on this exciting purpose designed build-to-rent (BtR) project in the expanding Exhibition Quarter precinct at Bowen Hills.

The building will be home to 443 well appointed apartments within Brisbane's city fringe close to the new Cross River Rail transport hub at RNA and local community amenities around King Street and Fortitude Valley. 

Stage 1 will include basement works, a central six level podium precinct and the first 37 level tower of apartments.

As a sustainable development, the tower will achieve a 7 Star NatHERS average with a minimum of 5 Star NatHERS in each apartment, along with an overall 5 Star Green Star rating (Building v1).
