Construction has now commenced and our project team has started work on site and is progressing early works activities.

halō is a design‑led, resident‑focused community. It will deliver 286 premium apartments across 34 levels, with amenities, a connected ground plane, and architecture by Woods Bagot. The project brings together thoughtful design, practicality and quality.

Located at 10–12 Cordelia Street, halō strengthens Kiō’s vision for places that combine amenity, connection and good design. The project will help redefine rental living in South Brisbane.
