Hutchies has delivered the Mondrian Gold Coast Hotel & Residences, a premium beachfront project for Vitale Property Group and global hospitality leader Ennismore. This project introduces the Mondrian brand to Australia for the first time, and our team delivered the quality expected of an international hotel group.

We built two slender towers linked by a level 3 podium. The podium includes private luxury amenities for residents and hotel guests. We also completed a range of shared hotel spaces, including the fitness centre, day spa, conference facilities, restaurants and resort style pools. Our team delivered all spaces to a high standard to meet Mondrian’s global design and service expectations.

The residential tower includes 84 homes. These range from two, three and four bedroom residences including skyhomes and a Penthouse. The hotel tower includes 208 guest rooms consisting of one, two and three bedroom guestrooms which include two beach houses and a Presential suite. Both towers sit on absolute beachfront land at Burleigh Heads.

We worked closely with Studio Carter, DBI and Tamsin Johnson Interiors who designed the interiors. Our team delivered calm, contemporary spaces with finishes inspired by the coastline. Inside each home we installed appliances from Gaggenau, Miele and Liebherr, paired with natural stone, timber and wool carpets. Every detail reflects the level of quality expected from an international lifestyle brand.

Residents enjoy private luxury amenities, along with selected hotel facilities. They can book a surf lesson with the in house instructor, enjoy a reserved breakfast spot or walk straight onto the sand. Many visitors travel across the world for this experience. Residents live it every day.

This limited release of branded residences has attracted strong interest from local and international buyers. Owners also receive VIP member benefits through Accor, giving them access to premium destinations worldwide.
