Townsville Northshore is a multi-tenant retail precinct delivered in North Queensland. The team completed four concurrent builds on program and on budget, despite design changes and approved scope additions. Careful coordination, regular subcontractor meetings and proactive communication kept trades aligned to milestones and tenancy handovers across the precinct.

Built for the climate, the project uses durable, low-maintenance materials including tilt-up concrete panels, weatherboard and fibre cement cladding, and a tiled facade. The team also repurposed the Atlantis Flo-Cell drainage system as a distinctive facade feature on the Large Format Retail building. Early quality planning and strong site oversight ensured the project met all requirements, while a late mezzanine and vertical transport addition was delivered without affecting program or finish quality.

The result is a practical, durable retail destination designed to serve the Townsville community for many years to come.
