These awards highlight the exceptional talent and experience of Tasmanian construction. Congratulations to Nick Silcox and all involved for this well deserved recognition.

The Kings Quarter Clubhouse won the New Construction $1 million – $2 million. The clubhouse is a single level, 290m² communal area which features high gabled ceilings and Scandi inspired design elements, creating a versatile and inviting space for the Kings Quarter community’s residents.

Kings Quarter Stage 2 was recognised as a finalist in the Medium Density Construction Over 5 Dwellings. This stage included the construction of 62 freestanding homes and townhouses.

These projects are only possible through the strong collaboration between Traders in Purple and Hutchies who we look forward to working with in the future.
