Our Sunny Coast crew had their 105th anniversary celebration in the Youi headquarters forecourt, at Sippy Downs, Maroochydore.

VIP guest, Mayor Mark Jamieson extended his warm congratulations on our efforts in the region and the high standard of buildings that we deliver.

Team Leader for the region, Michael Michell, joined Hutchies 15 years ago and has led the Sunshine Coast team since 2012. While Sunshine Coast is not our largest office, it is one of the best performers in the country – an honour of which Michael and the entire team are extremely proud.

At one stage, Hutchies had two offices on the Sunshine Coast – one in Noosa and one in Maroochydore – but these were combined into one about four years ago. We are currently looking for new premises in Maroochydore to cater for our 100-strong team and provide them with good local amenity and plenty of carparks … preferably overlooking the beach or river.
