Hutchies is seeking a proactive and well organised Office Administrator to join our hard working Cairns team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that offers plenty of variety. You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, working closely with different company members, and helping keep things running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys being across multiple tasks, thrives in a collaborative environment, and likes to make things happen, this could be the perfect fit.

#Responsibilities
As Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the office Team with admin, travel bookings, and meeting preparation
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office: from reception
- Coordinating onboarding of new starters
- Assisting with marketing, charity events, and external communications
- Maintaining office presentation, stationery, and kitchen amenities
- Coordinating and promoting company member engagement through the Social Club, including planning and facilitating events and activities
#Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
- Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
- A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work
