TheStanley

The Stanley is a 35-storey residential tower that forms part of Sarazin's long-term vision for Woolloongabba. Located at 8 Trafalgar Street, adjacent to The Gabba and just two kilometres from Brisbane CBD, the project will deliver 234 apartments in one of Brisbane's fastest-growing precincts. The development sits within the Woolloongabba Priority Development Area and is only 300 metres from Cross River Rail.

Construction on The Stanley began almost 10 years after Sarazin acquired the site in 2016. The project marks the developer's third residential development in Woolloongabba, following Silk One and neighbouring Murcia Residences. For Hutchies, The Stanley is our second project with Sarazin, extending a strong relationship built on shared goals and long-term collaboration. Completion is anticipated in 2029.

Designed by GroupGSA with landscaping by WILD Studio, The Stanley combines contemporary apartments with extensive resident amenities. A double-storey rooftop recreation level will feature an infinity pool, wellness facilities, fitness spaces, entertainment areas, private dining rooms and dedicated work-from-home facilities. 

As construction gets underway, The Stanley will become another key part of Woolloongabba's ongoing transformation and help shape the precinct's future for years to come.
